# For Early Adopters WeWin.net is a blockchain-based platform built upon a KYC (Know Your Customer) consensus governance mechanism. Every authenticated user becomes a new Verifier through the certification of his superior (introducer) Verifier. The new Verifier joins the platform by paying a one-time payment of $100, and earns additional WeWin tokens as a reward for further promoting and building his own referrals.
